![]() ![]() At that point, I used PuTTY (a terminal program) to communicate with it on COM4 (device manager showed COM3 and COM4 as bluetooth devices - 3 didn't work, 4 did). I took a Windows computer and paired it to the adapter (use pin 1234 if you're trying to set up one of those things for the first time). I am using an ELM327 bluetooth adapter - one of the cheap ones you can get via ebay and such. It's not pretty, and it's very manual.but once I test it a bit more to be comfy this is really the right data, I'll see if I can create an Arduino or Raspberry Pi device to provide a display of the data. OK.resurrecting this old thread once more.I think I may have finally been able to get the data out of the computer. ![]()
